People Management

  • Propel store employees to success through coaching and training.
  • Contribute to district succession planning, identifying talent and fostering growth.
  • Lead in hiring and performance management, ensuring our policies shine.
  • Craft and implement individual development plans, linking employee growth to business success.

Sales and Customer Focus

  • Dive into sales analysis, taking bold actions to achieve outstanding results.
  • Showcase and coach sales proficiency, turning inquiries into victories.
  • Analyze customer trends, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Innovate storage offerings based on customer demand.

Operational Excellence

  • Own the operational process, guiding planning at the store level.
  • Support district managers in staff rota planning.
  • Execute administrative processes flawlessly, ensuring compliance.
  • Drive store financials and maintain operational standards.

Profile

Experience: 2 to 5 years of people management experience within a retail multi-site environment

Competencies: Be the change agent, the motivator, the strategist. Drive results, inspire others, and champion teamwork.

Other Skills: Command MS Office applications like a pro.
