Office Manager

We are currently looking for an Office Manager/Coordinator to join our client in Bicester in a long-term project contract role (2-year contract).

Your new role

As an office manager, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring share point filing
  • Coordinating holiday/training chart
  • Assisting with induction records
  • Managing email inboxes
  • Managing facilities and handling health and safety procedures
  • Updating site noticeboards to ensure constant relevant information
  • Handling Staff induction
  • Meeting and greeting visitors (managing PPE, parking permit and EV charging cards)
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ordering and managing office stationery
  • Collating documents for contract meetings
  • Sorting out refreshments for meetings
  • Managing office deliveries
  • Managing all keys and access to the building
  • Using IT systems including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have previous Office Management and Coordination experience. The team is looking for a personable and proactive individual that can take ownership of site coordination.

What you'll get in return

The hourly rate is negotiable. The role will be based fully on site Monday-Friday (37.5 hours x week). Working hours are 7:30 - 4:00.
