We are Hiring for Manager - Growth Marketing (Digital) for an International Bank in London.

Role- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and increased usage of Bank's products and services leading to increase in TRV (Total Relationship Value), increased fee, and net interest income. You will design, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns using a blend of traditional (ATL, BTL) and digital (SEO, SMM) marketing tools. Your efforts will aim to enhance customer engagement, boost revenue, and ensure compliance with the UK Consumer Duty.

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive growth across Current Accounts, Savings Products, and other banking products.
  • Utilise a mix of Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies to maximise reach and impact.
  • Employ digital marketing tools such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and target key customer segments to increase account openings and product usage.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and improve the customer journey.
  • Identify and target key partners to who can increase value proposition of our products and services.
  • Create, execute, and track incentive plans for customer segments basis product and service .
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the effective execution of campaigns.
  • Present campaign results and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with the UK Consumer Duty, focusing on delivering fair outcomes for customers.
  • Regularly review and update marketing materials to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including SEO and SMM, as well as traditional marketing channels (ATL, BTL).
  • Experience in designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of UK financial regulations, particularly the UK Consumer Duty, and its implications for marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
