**Partner Marketing Manager - Europe

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join a global B2B organisation. This role is focused on driving revenue and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators across Europe. You'll lead go-to-market (GTM) programs, execute joint marketing campaigns, and manage marketing investments to ensure measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies to support revenue goals and pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with technology partners to co-create value propositions, messaging frameworks, and marketing assets.
- Plan and implement GTM campaigns across digital, field, and partner-led channels.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring efficient use and strong return on investment.
- Partner closely with sales, business development, and field marketing teams to align on joint objectives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and execution.
- Deliver marketing enablement support for new and existing partners to accelerate onboarding and market impact.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on partner influence and contribution to pipeline.
**Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, ERP, e-commerce, or financial technology sectors.
- Proven success in partner or alliance marketing roles, with experience building co-marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of co-marketing and channel marketing models.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
- Experience executing digital campaigns and event marketing in a partner ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with MDF management and campaign ROI reporting.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
