FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

£26,374 DOE

Duties:

  • Invoicing Customers
  • Daily and Monthly reporting of financial figures to GEL management team
  • Reconciliation and verification of invoiced figures against Sage system
  • General office duties including answering the telephone and filing
  • Any other duties as dictated by the needs of the business
  • Providing some holiday cover for other administrative roles as required

Requirements:

Experience of Microsoft packages

Experience of invoicing work is preferred

Flexible mindset and approach to tasks

Positive attitude and enthusiastic
