As the Administrative Assistant & Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will also provide essential administrative support to keep our office and workshop operations running smoothly.
Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner. - Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries. - Schedule appointments and maintain the workshop calendar. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records. - Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks. - Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. - Order office and workshop supplies as needed.
