A fast growing client of ours in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit a super organised Administrator, to join their friendly head office logistics team.
This role is perfect for who is a natural born coordinator and someone who knows how to keep on top of various projects at once - and make sure everything is completed accurately and to the right deadlines. You will be essentially ensuring their products get from A to B (internationally!) and will be coordinating the entire process.
Duties will involve:
- Liaising with freight suppliers
- Completing all relevant documentation to ensure products can be shipped
- Creating purchase files on the system
- Sending invoices
- Chasing delivery from suppliers
- Tracking all shipments
- Updating clients
- Book loading date & times with freight agents
- Monitor shipment ETA's daily, update changes, and notify relevant account managers of significant changes to the shipment arrival dates.
This client is looking for someone who loves working at a fast pace and someone who understands how crucial "admin errors" can be for a business! You need to be a stickler for detail and genuinely enjoy working as part of a team. They are like one big family there!
It's most definitely suited to someone who wants to work hard, prove themselves and then progress within a company over the next few years.
