Customer Revenue Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Revenue Specialist on behalf of our client, an organisation poised for significant expansion over the next five years. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to truly make an impact. The ideal candidate is highly organised, self-driven, and capable of leading projects independently while working seamlessly within a team. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely task completion and driving results.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Contract Management and Customer Services teams to support the business in managing customer income recovery. You will play a vital role in reducing customer debt levels by ensuring efficient processes.

Primary Tasks:

  • Analysing billing and debt data to identify trends and devise strategies for revenue recovery.
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers to secure payments.
  • Verifying customer information to optimise communication efforts.
  • Communicating with customers at risk of supply suspension.
  • Engaging with customers in transition to maximise revenue recovery.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience managing projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail with a "right-first time" mindset
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and contracts efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus statutory holidays
