We are recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a CRO Analyst on a permanent basis! This is a hybrid role (2 days in the office per week) in the heart of Borehamwood offering £28,000 - £32,000. This is your chance to join the UK's leading pet insurer specialising in pet insurance and wellbeing services!
Key responsibilities
- Analysing website performance, user behaviour and conversion funnels using analytical tools.
- Identifying areas of optimisation in the conversion funnel and user journey through user research and data analysis.
- Working with cross-functional teams to implement CRO initiatives in line with the conversion goals.
- Tracking website traffics, user behaviour and campaign performance using google analytics.
- Developing customised dashboards that monitor performance and KPI's.
- Identifying target audiences and tailoring marketing strategies using segmentation analysis.
- Analysing A/B tests and reporting on the results to senior stakeholders.
Experience required
- Experience in a CRO or Web Analyst role.
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO and PPC.
- Experience with SQL or Python would be desirable.
- Experience working in Insurance would be desirable.
