2nd Line Support Engineer

£28k - £32k + benefits
We are working with a renowned, product distribution business in Huddersfield who are looking for an internal, 2ndLine Support Engineer to join their growing Infrastructure team. After a recent takeover, they are going from strength-to-strength, bringing on international brands to the portfolio and targeting global expansion.
This is a multi-site organisation with a largely cloud-based environment. Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll be taking escalations from the 1st Line Engineers from both sites, supporting BAU activity as well as delivering migration & implementation projects.
The Head of IT is looking for a confident, hands-on Support Engineer who can contribute towards developing a new outlook in IT for the business, and work towards progressing to a 3rd Line Support position.
He is passionate about the people in his teams and actively encourages professional and personal development, including providing industry certification budgets.
We would therefore love to talk to Infrastructure Engineers / 2nd Line Support Engineers with hands-on experience in the following technologies:
- Office 365
- InTune experience (desirable - similar MDM tools considered)
- Veeam Backup solution
- Aruba network switches
- Ubiquiti access points
- MacOS experience (desirable)
- Delivering migration projects.
