Learning & Development Coordinator

Location - Tadworth, Surrey

Salary - £13.44 to £17.93 a hour DOE

Contract - 1 Year

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Learning & Development team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing MEL support (SAP SuccessFactors Learning - LMS), handling training provider submissions and exams, preparing and processing learner packs, utilising the company's systems and processes, managing translations and GCMA (Global Compliance Monitoring and Auditing) training materials, generating data reports, providing logistical support, and supporting the admin process for the eLearning Factory. Responsibilities of the role of Learning & Development Coordinator

  • Providing MEL support, including setting up curricula, questionnaires, classes, and courses
  • Generating data reports on course registration and delivery
  • Preparing and processing learner packs, such as attendance reports, and exam reports, and crediting learners in MEL
  • Utilising key business systems and processes (GCMA, DK1, DocuSign, MEL, iComply, Qstream, Neo Optima)
  • Assisting with translation management and coordination
  • Managing GCMA training materials, including approvals and medical reviews
  • Providing logistical support for meetings and training sessions
  • Assisting with the admin process for the eLF platform
  • Managing training provider submissions and exams
  • Overseeing the team intranet (MS SharePoint)
  • Handling knowledge and content management

Qualifications for the role of Learning & Development Coordinator

  • Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Qstream is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation
  • Proficiency in data reporting and analysis
  • Experience with translation management and coordination
  • Prior administrative support experience is preferred
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
