Description
- Overseeing the financial planning and analysis division
- Lead on finance transformation and process optimisation
- Deliver reporting and drive change to optimise the function as required to Group and to PE owners
- Providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions
- Driving profitability and growth through detailed financial analysis
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
Profile
A successful Interim Head of FP&A, we are looking for:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Fully qualified Accountant ( ACA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in a similar role as head of/ director FP&A
- Demonstrable experience of operating in a fast paced, ideally PE backed, environment.
- Demonstrable experience of finance transformation and change
- Ideally experience in B2B industry sector or similar.
Job Offer
