This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a role where you can leverage your customer service and relationship-building skills: you'll be maintaining and managing customers accounts from initial enquiries right through to quotations and then ongoing account management.

Our client is a global company and they are looking for a professional individual who is flexible, pragmatic, commercially aware and client-driven

. Previous experience in calculating margins and transaction costs is essential.

As the Sales Support Executive you will enjoy:

  • 26,5 - 31.5k p.a. depending on experience
  • 20 days Holidays (rising with loyalty to a max. of 25 days) + Bank Holidays
  • 37.5 hour week - 09.00 - 17.30 (Mon-Thur) with a 14:30 finish on Fridays!
  • Bonuses based on company performance
  • Private medical cover (after 6 months probation)

As the Sales Support Executive your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining and preparing any supporting documentation
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Following up all high value and strategic quotations - obtain feedback and update quote tracker file
  • Reviewing incoming customers POs
  • Reviewing and processing customer PO amendment requests
  • Pro-actively communicate with customers to solidify relationships and extract new opportunities
  • Acknowledging customer POs when delivery dates are confirmed by suppliers

Who we're looking for:

We'd love to connect with candidates who have previous experience in a client-facing role and have had sales support experience in any industry. It is essential for the successful candidates to possess an ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues alike. Ideally, you'll also be able to prioritise your workload and manage your own time efficiently. An analytical mindset with good numerical ability and an acumen to use initiative will be of clear advantage.
