We are a completely independent travel agency and tour operator financially protected under PTS 6184 and ATOL 12652. Our internal systems allow our consultants to package tailored itineraries dynamically, and we work with some of the world's best tour operators when additional support is needed.
Role Description
This is a freelance remote role as a Travel Consultant at Your Endless Travel. You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. You will research various destinations, provide recommendations, and handle travel inquiries and reservations. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
We encourage those who wish to create tailored niche products with support from our HQ Team, who are highly experienced across a multitude of destinations, product types and backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, including popular attractions and accommodations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle travel inquiries, provide recommendations, and make reservations
- Familiarity with booking platforms and reservation systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexible schedule and ability to work independently
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
