Role: Business Analyst - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salary: Up to £60'000 Location: Bristol HQ - Hybrid Model (1-2 days p/w)

This market leading client are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME to come and join them as they start to build on their current salesforce platform, to gain a further understanding of their users and make data backed marketing decisions.

Experience Required:

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Proficiency in data management within Marketing Cloud, with the ability to design complex data models and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong skills in marketing automation, journey design, and the implementation of dynamic content and personalisation.
  • Ability to design and send marketing emails, with knowledge of HTML and CSS for customisation.
  • Analytical skills to develop insights from campaign data and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to disseminate knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Awareness of regulatory compliance, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, within the context of digital marketing.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, guiding the team in leveraging the platform for maximum impact.
  • Design and customise email templates using HTML and CSS to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent communications.
  • Assist with the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, including CRM and third-party tools, to enhance data flow and campaign efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of new releases and features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, driving continuous learning and improvement in marketing practices.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring marketing strategies are well-understood and effectively implemented.
