SF are partnering with a well known business in Warwickshire, who are looking to add talent to a high performing team. They are looking to bring in a talented Senior Credit Controller, on a long term contract. to get involved with an exciting project which will include some key account management! The successful candidate will be confident in hitting the ground running, quick to learn processes and have strong stakeholder management skills.
You will be responsible for:
Managing you own ledger of accounts
Query generation & resolution
Debt recovery & payment negotiations
Chasing customers by Phone & E-Mail
On site client meetings
Escalations where necessary
You will bring:
2 + Years in Credit Control & Debt Recovery
Experience collecting debt via county court system (Preferred)
Proficiency in IT, including a strong working knowledge of Excel.
Tenacious work ethic to achieve results & exceed targets
A team player, capable of collaborating effectively to achieve team KPI goals.
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with strong negotiation abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The successful Credit Controller will be able to join the high performance business, hitting the ground running and be confident in delivering results!
