Job Purpose:

Due to our continued growth and development, we are looking to build a world-class Enterprise Change Function. As part of this initiative, we are hiring 18 permanent team members, including 7 Project Managers at varying levels of experience. In this role you will deliver pivotal business and transformational changes across TMHCC, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the London Market and a driver of positive change in the insurance industry.

We are assembling a team of specialists with experience in the insurance sector. A background in general insurance (preferably commercial) or London Market experience is essential to be considered. In this role, you will lead on various projects across key areas such as:

  • Regulatory & Compliance projects
  • Operational & Business Process improvement
  • System Implementations
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • Data migrations

This is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on things and drive the continuous improvement and development of a new, specialist change function whilst leading on cutting edge projects within the London Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a number of change initiatives as project manager, across all appropriate workstreams including technology.
  • Planning and designing project(s), workstreams and appropriate governance.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, wider change teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define and agree project approach, project plans and costs.
  • Monitors and reports project status against business case, plan, specific milestones.
  • Proactively monitoring overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action.
  • Learns from previous experience by participating in post implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions and knowledge share/peer reviews

Skills and Experience Specification:

  • Proven experience leading complex change projects in the insurance sector, with deep knowledge of regulatory, technical, and business requirements
  • Demonstrable experience across a range of projects, such as technology, regulatory, business process.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills: the ability to influence, challenge the status quo, and deliver results.
  • Expertise in utilising a range of project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong planning and decision-making abilities, ensuring you consistently meet deadlines and deliver results.
