Description
- Manage all accounting operations and produce management information
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances to senior leadership within this business and group
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Take an active role in process improvement and offer ideas and solutions to encourage positive change and growth
- Monitor Cash-flow
- Stock and cost
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- A leader and team player - open to coaching and positive leadership
- Able to work closely and influence key stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- A keen eye for process improvement and positive change
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- A self starter
- Not afraid to ask those difficult questions and dig deeper to find solutions
