Shift Manager duties will include -
- Manage production resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Maintaining and building teams, driving the correct training, coaching, and development.
- Producing detailed, high-quality regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Involvement in high-value projects and improvement of the overall performance of the site.
- Implementing and maintaining the highest standards of quality control, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Driving innovation and implementing the latest industry best practices to enhance a competitive edge.
Shift Manager requirements include -
- Proven success in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Ideally experience, or knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A commitment to sustainability, quality, and safety standards.
- Mechanical engineering degree (HNC/HND), or other relevant engineering training.
