Management Accountant Location: Leicester | Salary: £40,000 + Study Support
We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing company, seeking a talented and up-coming
Management Accountant

The Role:
Our client recently acquired businesses with a £5m t/o each within the construction industry. They are looking for a motivated and driven accountant to take ownership of there business's management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management Account Production: A full set of management accounts with commentary & broad packs.
- Balance Sheet reconciliation.
- Budgeting & forecasting.
- Management meetings: Attending and present management accounts at CVR meetings.
- Review: Bank reconciliations & debtor reports.
- Analyzing: Business operations, trends, costs, revenues and expenses.
About You:
- Part-Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or QBE.
- Experience in producing monthly management accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliation experience.
- Experience in attending or presenting management accounts at management meetings (and giving commentary).
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
