Business Support Officer, Adult Social Care, Yorkshire
Pay rate £25 per hour
Contract role – expected to be 6 months, Full Time hours
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer in Yorkshire.
This is to support a Team of Social Workers, within an Adult Social Work team.
There is some hybrid working available.
As a Business Support Officer you will support the Project Team Manager and will be the backbone of daily operations. Some responsibilities include:
- Arranging the Care Act review meetings on behalf of the Social Worker, Provider and Service User.
- Collate and track KPI's to ensure the team is on target
- Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives
Who are we looking for?
Essential:
- Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information
- Experience of analysing data
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Desirable:
- Experience in using Adults and Health database recording systems
- Experience of working in Social Care sector
