Car Sales Business Manager
Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Car Sales Business Manager to join their growing team. You will be based fully onsite working 47.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm and Midday to 9pm (x1), Saturday 9am-6pm and alternate Sundays 10am-5pm). Offering a competitive salary of £30,000 and an impressive OTE £100,000.
What does this role entail:
As a Business Manager you will be liaising with customers, working closely with colleagues and external partners to determine their needs and appropriate finance/insurance products for them. A Business Manager will provide support and guidance to Sales Executives. To control and monitor customer database, a Business Manager will facilitate the selling of vehicles and maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers.
What skills will you have?
- Must have previous experience withing a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Experience of proposals for loan decisions.
- Experience of delivering a customer centred product or service and working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially excel.
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
- High motivation levels, with excellent communication and administration skills and can work well under pressure.
- Skilled at creating an environment in which your team can thrive and perform in.
- Highly organised, attention to detail and able to prioritise.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and a flexible approach to work.
