A well established organisation based in Polegate looking for a Purchase Ledger Team Member on an hourly temp basis.
Description
As a Purchase Ledger Team member you will be responsible for the following:
- Process invoices, credit notes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage payment runs via BACS and CHAPS
- Dealing with Suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Address and escalate payment issues to ensure a timely resolution
Profile
To be successful for the position you will need to:
- Be able to start on a short notice
- Be able to commit to a temporary contract
- Be able to commute the office 5 days a week
