Our client is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented In-house Legal Company Secretary to join their thriving team. Are you an experienced Legal Company Secretary looking for a new opportunity? Do you thrive with variation in your work?
What you'll be doing:
As a Legal Company Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate company law, whilst providing reliable support to the board of directors and accounting service to senior management team.
About the company:
Our client is a well-established, growing business with its headquarters based in Christchurch.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in selling or purchasing new property, land, and premises, as well as obtaining new licenses.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- A good understanding of Planning Law & Litigation
- Understanding of Residential & Commercial property
- Experience with commercial property, instructing and liaising with external surveyors
- Excellent attention to detail - for proofreading contracts, amending or drafting news ones
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday (8.30am -5pm)
