Aircraft Training Operator

Our client, a leading company in the training sector, is currently seeking a Part 145 or Part 147 Engineer looking to become a Training Instructor to join their team. This is a permanent position based in Shannon, Ireland.

The company provides a range of aviation solutions including Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance, MAA Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance (AAG Defence Services), CAMO & Technical Services, Part 21 Design Services and EASA Part 147 Training which provides aviation training to airlines, MROs, and companies around the world.

My client have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated career focused and ambitious 145 or 147 Training Instructor seeking a role in a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Hold a recognised apprenticeship or trainee ship in the trade of aircraft maintenance
  • The candidate must hold 5 years experience in the aviation industry

  • Have relevant experience in the area of aircraft maintenance

  • Experienced in the training /coaching of maintenance personnel would be an advantage.

  • Hold a recognised train the trainer course or have an instructor qualification would be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver effective training programs to participants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain training documentation and records
  • Provide support and guidance to trainees
  • Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
  • Participate in the development of training materials and programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
