My client is a FTSE 250, international, and rapidly growing business based in Leicester looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent full-time basis.
As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing payments on a daily basis utilising SAP
- Reporting on what stock has been sold in the previous week
- Working closely with Sales Ledger
- Month-end reconciliations and reporting
- Supplier liaison and supplier statement reconciliations
- Matching and coding of invoices
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have the following experience:
- 2 - 3 years in a Accounts Payable or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vlookups)
- SAP & Microsoft Access experience (desirable)
As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be entitled to the following:
- Study Support (ACCA/CIMA once successfully passing your 3 month probation)
- £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
- 1 day from home once able to work independently
- Full-time, permanent contract
