We are working alongside a leading Charity to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their busy Exeter team on a part time basis.
You will primarily be responsible for transactions & reconciliations, ledger duties and banking. This role can be worked flexibly around commitments once confident and settled in the role.
Duties include:
- Posting cash & banking transactions onto the company accounting system.
- Daily bank statement reconciliations & inputting of banking sheets.
- Assisting to input purchase ledger documents & ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
- Assisting with purchase ledger account reconciliations to ensure they match supplier statements.
- Assisting with preparing sales invoices on the internal systems to ensure income is accurately recorded.
- Processing petty cash.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
The ideal candidate:
- AAT PQ
- Entry level Finance experience.
