We are assisting a wonderful Client in Leamington Spa to recruit for a Personal Assistant.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role:

Business Support:

  • Oversee the Director's full diary and email management.
  • Organise and prepare detailed agendas, presentations, and briefing notes for both client and board meetings.
  • Participate in meetings, ensuring meticulous note-taking and management of follow-up actions.
  • Arrange both UK and international travel logistics for the Director and the team.
  • Support project management efforts and initiatives led by the Director.

Client Interaction & Meeting Support:

  • Develop comprehensive pre-meeting packages and perform thorough background research.
  • Manage the logistics and follow-up actions for client meetings.
  • Oversee communication and scheduling for client relationships.

Personal & Lifestyle Support:

  • Arrange both personal and business travel plans, including accommodations and detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinate personal events, appointments, and commitments for the Director.
  • Handle various personal tasks as needed to allow the Director to concentrate on strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organisational skills with the foresight to anticipate upcoming needs.
  • Strong, confident communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • A high level of discretion and integrity, maintaining a calm and positive demeanour under pressure.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel both within the UK and internationally as needed.
