We are seeking a Games Equipment Installer to join our team, the UK's highest-rated games equipment specialists. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday, involving the delivery and installation of gaming equipment to both private homes and commercial venues across the UK.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist the warehouse team in preparing pool tables and other gaming equipment before dispatch.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure goods meet our high standards before leaving the warehouse.
- Load the van efficiently and safely, ready for delivery.
- Drive to various locations, unload goods, and install products to a professional standard.
- Work usually in teams of two, collaborating effectively to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Handle any customer queries on-site regarding the installation with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately and returned to the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Must possess a full UK driving licence.
- Strong DIY skills are essential, as well as the ability to comfortably handle heavy lifting.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and well-mannered approach to interacting with customers.
