R13 Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with an exciting creative agency in their search for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join their team! This role will focus on providing full service to clients from negotiating with companies on their behalf, to writing agreement & carrying out administrative tasks.
Based in Norwich, this is a full time, permanent position working Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 6pm. This role is fully office based. The offered salary for this opportunity is competitive depending on experience.

The day to day
- Negotiating with UK/International companies.
- Reading & writing contracts, licenses & agreements.
- Visiting clients to see their work, this may be outside office hours & on weekends.
- Managing client diaries.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as Visa/Tax Documentation.
- Assisting with invoicing & payments.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in a similar role with strong communication/negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills.
- A self-starter with a 'can do' attitude!
Desirable:
- Any foreign language skills
- A legal background with understanding of rights & copyright law.
