Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Poole

Salary: £22,483 - £23,520 per annum

Hours: 08:30 am - 17:00 pm / Monday - Friday

Our client is looking for an administrator to join their busy sales team. You will be customer focused and responsible for carrying out the order from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are required, and having the ability to build relationships is essential.

Duties:

  • Processing orders through the system
  • Actioning leads.
  • Dealing with all inbound and outbound calls
  • Taking orders over the phone and collating all the information from the customers
  • Booking deliveries
  • Ensuring the system is always updated.
  • Supporting the office with administration duties

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Can do attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 360
  • Ability to build rapports and relationships with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience is essential.
