Salary: £31,737 to £41,333
Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Outreach Teacher to join the team on a full-time basis, starting in September 2024. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with students who attend the school part-time due to their sensory and anxiety needs, as well as pupils who are not currently attending school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and teach students on a 1-1 and small group basis, ensuring lessons are tailored to each pupil's individual needs.
- Collaborate closely with pupils and their families to enhance access to learning and support their educational journey.
- Deliver a range of subjects and functional skills, adapted to suit the unique needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher status with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Must be a car driver, as the role may involve traveling to various locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils and families.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
