Description
- Identify and source new suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc. with suppliers.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Create and maintain inventory of goods purchased.
- Generate and review purchase reports.
- Manage the procurement process and coordinate with team members.
- Stay updated with the industry trends and advancements.
Profile
- Experience in procurement or related role ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of market research.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
