A superb opportunity exists for a Employment Solicitor / Associate to join a forward thinking law firm based on the outskirts of Grantham within their growing Employment team.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently
The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards providing the very best service to clients.
Within this Employment Solicitor position, you'll also be:
- Managing a varied caseload of Employment matters from end to end
- Work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Provide advice on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Manage employment tribunal cases effectively
- Maintain a high standard of client care and compliance
- Engage in marketing and development activities for the team
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm
- Travel between offices and client sites as required

Salary Information
£45,000 to 75,000 per annum, dependant on experience
All levels of experience from NQ to 10Yr+ PQE will be considered.
