Deliver quality reports by analysing and testing data, escalating issues as required to troubleshoot errors and ensure valid information Collaborate with key stakeholders to document and deliver ad-hoc data needs as well as special projects Provide effective customer service by analysing trends and communicating with internal key stakeholders to clarify customer goals and ensure alignment with business objectives Participate in the implementation of reporting tools by monitoring industry trends and best practices Provide support in data testing and become a subject matter expert on appropriate new tools for specialized data projects Maintain and facilitate various programs for Information Technology, including IT onboarding and training, Business Continuity Planning, Operating Model support Assist in the gathering and analysing of vendor performance and financial information to understand and communicate trends and improvement areasAssume a methodical approach to problem-solve and evaluate complex data Strong Excel skills
