Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays

The successful Assistant lettings Manager will be offered:

  • Basic salary up to £27.000
  • Commission structure
  • Career Growth into Management
  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000

To be considered for the Assistant Lettings Manager role you must have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to close for business
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Driving licence
  • Strong Leadership Skills

As an Assistant Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

  • Registering tenants
  • Negotiating
  • Landlord calls
  • Chasing rental arrears
  • Valuing
  • Working alongside the Lettings Manager
