Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a Professional Services business looking to recruit a Marketing Exec to join their growing team. The business is going through an expansion and this role will sit at the heart of the growth plan for the business.
This is a hybrid role (once probation is passed).
The Role:
Content & Social Media
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement an engaging content strategy across all platform utilising analytics and SEO techniques
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement the firm's social media strategy, bringing idea generation and execution
Content management across all channels, with digital and video being key priorities Creating assets with a range of tools including Canva & Adobe
Website & email marketing
Maintain the website, evaluate and manage web performance and update website content Co-ordinate all email marketing activity
Reporting
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO Monitor and report on competitor activity
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager/Senior Business Development Manager/lawyers to gather and evaluate client feedback
Events
Co-ordinate the distribution of invitations, monitor responses and manage cancellations for seminars
Prepare supporting materials (literature packs, PowerPoint presentations delegate lists) Co-ordinate follow up activity
CRM/database management
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager & Senior Business Development Manager to maintain the firm's CRM system including:
Data entry & cleansing Analysis
Report production
The Person:
Degree/equivalent qualification in marketing or related field 3 years + of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams would be beneficial but not essential
Knowledge of SEO & pay-per-click would be beneficial but not essential
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
You will need to be a team player, supportive and adaptable - this is a fast-paced business and this role is diverse and far reaching.
