Ada Meher is partnering with a SaaS company based in Sheffield who are looking for a Desktop Engineer, with strong experience in C#/.NET, to join their multi-disciplined & distributed engineering team working on their suite of software products.
The successful candidate will be working on codebases using low-level and real-time programming techniques to co-ordinate roughly 30-40 technical components which bring their unique video streaming software product offerings to life. These components span across both hardware and software creating a challenging but rewarding technical solution which is constantly being updated and improved. The ideal candidate will have experience in C# and common systems development techniques as well as ideally and understanding of multi-threading and WPF or Winforms.
The company at hand offer a flexible working solution, promoting a remote-first approach and with flexibility in hours to make the job fit around your schedule. You can expect to meet up in the office on an ad hoc basis, maybe once a quarter, but working predominantly from home.
To Be Considered:
- Demonstrable experience in C#/.NET Engineering on Desktop Apps
- Strong experience in Testing and other quality measures
- Knowledge of Multi-Threading and Real-Time Programming techniques
- Experience with WPF/Winforms
