This is a full-time office based role.
DAY TO DAY:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email communications.
- Be responsible for understanding customer needs, taking orders from customers, and providing technical support.
- Answer customer queries and deliver service updates in a timely manner.
- Organise and process returns.
- Process orders to resolve product issues.
- Maintain internal records, and account administration, update the system, and record any written or verbal correspondence efficiently.
- Process calls timely in order to meet achievable team targets.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service advisor/call centre/contact centre position.
- A customer service professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
- Be energetic and positive with your approach, and always possess a can-do attitude.
- Confident in working towards goals and deadlines.
- Prioritise workload appropriately.
- Demonstrate consistently a desire to learn and achieve.

- Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (plus one additional day a week you will finish at 5.00pm by prior arrangement with your manager).
