Juice is excited to support a reputable and high-end business based in the Bath area, as they search for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join their fun and hard-working team.

We are looking for a professional individual, who takes pride in giving excellent customer service, brings energy and enthusiasm to their role, and is eager to make a difference within an organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established brand and provide crucial support to the running of the business, working as part of a team that takes pride in their personable and fun working environment.

This is a full-time office based role.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email communications.
  • Be responsible for understanding customer needs, taking orders from customers, and providing technical support.
  • Answer customer queries and deliver service updates in a timely manner.
  • Organise and process returns.
  • Process orders to resolve product issues.
  • Maintain internal records, and account administration, update the system, and record any written or verbal correspondence efficiently.
  • Process calls timely in order to meet achievable team targets.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service advisor/call centre/contact centre position.
  • A customer service professional, with excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner.
  • Be energetic and positive with your approach, and always possess a can-do attitude.
  • Confident in working towards goals and deadlines.
  • Prioritise workload appropriately.
  • Demonstrate consistently a desire to learn and achieve.

  • Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (plus one additional day a week you will finish at 5.00pm by prior arrangement with your manager).
