We are recruiting a dynamic, proactive, highly skilled Executive Assistant. This role is critical in maintaining the momentum and stability of our client's operations and not just supporting the CEO. You will be an experienced PA, EA, or Office Manager who has previously supported a CEO, MD, or senior leadership team in a fast-paced commercial environment, acting as the" go-between" for day-to-day time management.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is comfortable representing the CEO as the point of contact for external and internal meetings.

  • Act as the primary liaison for the CEO, managing day-to-day schedules, priorities, and time management.
  • Lead and coordinate meetings, events, and seminars, serving as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and create documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Oversee sponsorships and partnerships, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
  • Manage event logistics for exhibitions and internal quarterly social events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with training providers for company-wide residential events.
  • Proactively engage with external partners to keep our client at the forefront of the industry.
  • Handle general documentation and contract management and ensure all necessary insurances are in place.
  • Facilitate timely communication and build effective relationships across departments, external partners, and clients.
  • Plan and execute internal social events.

Skills & Experience

  • Min 5 years experience in an EA/PA/OM role reporting directly to upper management
  • Demonstrable skills in problem-solving and project management.
  • Passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Office Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Commercially minded & strategic thinker.
