On offer is a stable, Monday-Friday role within a well-established company offering the chance to work on a range of projects around the London area in a role offering a good work life balance and the chance to increase your earnings through optional overtime.
This company has over 160 years of professional experience in the industry and has worked on many iconic buildings and projects in London, such as the Thames Barrier, providing expertise in water penetration testing and façade testing.
This role would see you both on site and in the lab engaging in a variety of projects ranging from quick tests spanning no longer than a day to extensive projects you'll be working on for months. You will be responsible for conducting building and façade inspections and preparing technical reports based on your findings, undertaking water penetration testing using hose and spraybar and various other on-site tests.
This role would suit someone with construction experience looking for a hands-on role where they can learn and develop new skills and build on existing knowledge of the industry.
The Role:
- Water-based tests and investigations on buildings.
- Primarily site-based in and around London, with the lab in Clapham as a base.
- Monday to Friday, 8-4
- Optional overtime available.
