A boutique professional services firm requires an experienced PA to support their CEO for a 2-week holiday cover from 2nd - 17th Sept.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to travel to the office near Southend in Essex twice a week - driving is recommended.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management for CEO including travel planning
- Answering calls via cloud-based solution and taking messages or dealing with queries as needed
- CRM administration
- Payment administration
- Working with external stakeholders regarding IT issues
- Event management and organisation
- Website updates
- Purchasing as required
- Social media planning, creation and scheduling on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, using Canva and Buffer to schedule plus engagement on LinkedIn
- Email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Raising invoices using Xero for clients
- Expenses input and management using Xero accounting software
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role including complex diary management is essential; ideally within a boutique or start-up environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, advance in MS Office applications and experience with Canva is desirable
- Strong experience in using social media
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
