We have two positions available, both working 16 hours per week, during the evenings. Both roles are term-time only, with one position working 32 weeks per year and the other working 36 weeks per year. These roles are offered for a 12 month fixed term period.
These roles can be based at any of our Weston-super-Mare campuses.
Day to day of the role
- To manage and provide outstanding reception services.
- To support with switchboard services.
- Provide all customers with an exemplary experience insuring the college's reputation as an outstanding learning and training provider.
- Provide clerical support to the College Information Services team as requested.
Required skills and qualifications
- Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the department and the wider college.
- Professional, warm and friendly manner with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a polite, effective and efficient phone manner.
- Exemplary Customer Service skills and commitment to the delivery of a wholly customer focused service.
