Records Administrator

A small yet well established and award winning organisation based in Henley on Thames, is looking to recruit an IT literate, organised and personable Records Administrator to join their team.

Due to a recent change in software the first 6 months will involve working on a project transferring files and records onto their new database. In house training will be given.

Experience of working with a CRM system/database essential.

The successful candidate needs to be methodical, organised and able to follow procedures with good Excel skills.

The role would then evolve from 6 months onwards to include further duties such as

  • Being a point of contact for incoming new enquiries
  • Managing emails via the company inbox
  • Booking surveys onto Google calendars for a team of 3 surveyors and taking full survey details
  • Preparing enquiry sheets and arranging access
  • Raising project numbers and inputting details / project information for surveys
  • Allocating all tenders to our surveying team and collating information

Skills/Experience

  • Accurate with inputting data and efficient
  • Methodical with high level of attention to detail, grammar and spelling
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Calm and flexible under pressure for our busier days
  • A fun and cheerful addition to the team
