We are seeking a Personal Assistant with a background in Property to join a Property Management and Development company. Working in a 1:1 role with the Director of the company, you will be assisting with Property Administration, carrying out research for future property development projects, as well as providing day to day PA support.
Parking is available on site, and the company closes early on a Friday throughout the winter.
Duties will include;
- PA support to Director
- Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings
- Inbox management
- Project support; conducting research and putting together information packs for meetings
- Devising and maintaining office systems
- Producing tenancy contracts
- Liaison with tenants and suppliers
- Efficient and timely checking and processing of paperwork
- Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
