Legal Secretary (Family) – Maidstone (hybrid working) up to £26,000 DOE

This is an outstanding new role for an experienced and collaborative Legal Secretary to join this thriving and high performing Family Law team. They cover a wide range of mid-high level family matters including complex financial cases, pre and post nuptial agreements, domestic violence and children matters and additionally assist with RSPCA matters too.
You will be providing direct support to fee earners, assisting with diary management, client enquiries and correspondence, audio dictation, file management, archiving, document preparation and arranging of appointments etc.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have a strong background as a Legal Secretary with Family Law experience (Private Client experience will also be considered). Highly collaborative to work closely with and support other Secretaries within the team to ensure workloads are effectively managed.
You will have a professional and confident telephone manner and be adept at multitasking and prioritisation. You will have excellent typing ability and be comfortable working with various IT software programs. Happy working within a vibrant and busy environment.
