Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular and consistent touchpoints.
  • Create and follow up on quotations to drive sales.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and service accounts effectively.
  • Assist in driving sales growth through strategic account management and proactive customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management position.
  • Proficiency with CRM software; experience with NetSuite and HubSpot is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
