Working in a highly compliant environment requires previous experience gained in risk management, audit and/or corporate governance, best suited to an experienced candidate who may have worked for local authority, central government or within a regulated environment. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders and directors, this role requires proven ability to prioritise, schedule, place and execute high-volume, complex administration tasks in a professional office setting, including the preparation of confidential agendas and minute taking responsibilities.
As Regulations and Compliance Officer, you will possess relevant administrative skills to include advanced working knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook). The ability to manage corporate meetings, collating reports and information for use at general annual meetings, ensuring that all communication is delivered to highly professional standards, both written and verbal.
We are ideally seeking an experienced Regulations and Compliance Officer who can evidence at least 3-5 years of previous employment expertise, someone who can work to extremely tight schedules, planning events, meetings and seminars on behalf of the wider senior management team. Reporting to the head of governance and compliance, we are looking to attract a candidate who may have attained a higher level of education in Business and Administration, able to share excellent employment references.
