Our client are a large privately owned company they are currently seeking a practice trained accountant to join them. Reporting to the Financial Controller s your duties will include:-
- Prepare group consolidated accounts and accounts for individual locations
- Own the group balance sheet and prepare board reports
- Manage month end reporting for all UK subsidiaries
- Critically assess current processes and procedures and implement changes
- Manage the audit process working closely with company auditors
