You will be:
- Making informed decisions by a comprehensive understanding of underwriting guidelines.
- Assessing risks and sculpting portfolio strategy, ensuring they stay aligned with strategic objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Brokers.
- Analysing statistical data to support with decision making and continuous improvement.
- Offering technical support on underwriting issues, ensuring our decisions are based on solid underwriting principles.
Your experience:
- Good Understanding of SME package Insurance and portfolio underwriting.
- Proficient in management and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Skilled in analysing statistical data to inform strategic decisions.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
